David Dugan

David likes fast cars and advocating for great creative. Known for building strong relationships, leading diverse teams and getting sh*t done, David has spent 30+ years leading accounts and strategy at some of the midwest’s best agencies. He knows how to secure the best talent available and form the perfect client-facing teams. He’s also known for being a below-average softball pitcher and an above average cocktail maker.

David supports local community resources through his work with the Milwaukee Public Library, SHARP Literacy, and Visit Milwaukee.

Chief Creative Officer

Brian’s agency career started after a misguided stint in corporate communications at a major utility company. His 25+ years of conceptual and creative leaderships include stops at national agencies like Frankel/Publicis, Cramer-Krasslet and BVK. He has produced award-winning campaigns for Frito-Lay, Johnsonville Sausage, Sea-Doo, Visa and other brands big and small. He believes culture and simple human truths inspire great work.

Brian’s work has been featured in Communication Arts, the Effies, the Jay Chiat Awards for Advertising Strategy, Adweek’s Freakiest Ads and TBS’s Funniest Commercials of the Year.
